Dale Hallow’s majestic clear water is ideal for divers. This water claims home to multiple
diving sites. Willow Grove Schoolhouse is amongst the most popular. The school house is part of an old town that was submerged in accordance to form Dale Hallow Lake. There are several other dive sites at Dale Hallow Lake including, Diver’s Rock, the Springhouse, the banks of Ashburn Creek, and at the cliffs of Pleasant Grove. At Dale Hallow Lake it is a mandatory requirement that all divers display a diver down flag. Dale Hallow is located on the border of Kentucky and Tennessee, if you are driving from Louisville, Kentucky it will take you approximatley three hours. There are several places to stay in and around the lake.
